Thomas C. Rackley

Thomas Rackley is a distinguished professional in the retail automotive industry, with a comprehensive background in sales management, sales force development and retention, finance department development, wholesale management, inventory management, internet management and marketing, and budgeting for advertisement.

Thomas began his automotive career at Auto West Honda in Roseville, CA, in 1997, where he quickly ascended from Salesman to Team Leader, and then to Finance Manager, demonstrating his versatility and leadership capabilities. In 1999, he transitioned to People’s Nissan, Chrysler, Jeep, Isuzu in Stockton, CA, where he expanded his expertise as a Finance Manager, Finance Director, and Sales Manager. From 2001 to 2007, Thomas served at Future Automotive Group in Roseville, CA, excelling in roles such as Finance Manager, Sales Manager, Special Finance Director, and GSM. His journey then led him to Maita Chevrolet in Elk Grove, CA, where he continued his success as a Finance Manager from 2010 to 2012.

In 2014, Thomas joined Michael Hohl Honda in Carson City, NV, as a Sales Manager, further solidifying his reputation in the industry. His leadership skills were further recognized at Campagni Auto Group, Capital Ford in Carson City, NV, where he held key positions including Finance Manager, Finance Director, and GSM from 2015 to 2018.

Returning to Campagni Auto Group, Capital Ford in 2021, Thomas adeptly managed used inventory and served as the used car director until 2023. Parallel to his automotive career, Thomas has been the President of TRG LLC since 2017. He also leads Elko Heat Company, a geothermal heat extraction public utility company, and H20 Mineral Harvesting, focusing on rare Earth mineral extraction, since 2021 and 2024.
